Strength & CONDITIONING FOR RUNNERS

My strength and conditioning programmes are designed specifically for runners. Each programme will increase your muscular endurance, improve your resistance to injury, help to address any muscle imbalances that you may have and lay the foundations for progress onto more advanced programmes which will be released every 6 weeks from December 2018. After purchasing the programme you will receive your log in details for my app for your smartphone, tablet or computer. On the app you will see your programme complete with daily schedule, video demonstrations of each exercise and progress tracking features. You can scroll through some screenshots on the gallery below. There is also a messenger service within the app where you can contact me if you are having trouble with any of the exercises.
