I've coached athletes to compete in some of the world's most iconic races including Ultra trail du Mont Blanc, Transgrancanaria, Marathon de Sables, Lavaredo, HK 100, CCC, PTL and many more. I draw on my experience both as a fully qualified coach and as a Great Britain international trail runner to bring you the most up to date and effective training methods available.

✅ Strength & Conditioning Program A structured S&C plan tailored to your available time and equipment, delivered through a dedicated app. Includes video demonstrations and tracking features to ensure proper form and steady progression.
✅ Race Strategy & Nutrition Guidance Whether you’re preparing for a 10K or an ultra, I’ll help you dial in your pacing, fuelling, and mindset for race day success.
Strength and Conditioning only
If you are looking for a strength and conditioning programme to compliment your existing running programme this is the option for you. I will deliver your programme directly to your smartphone or tablet via my easy to use app complete with video demonstrations and tracking features. Your programme will be periodised to fit with your running goals ensuring that you reach peak condition for race day. Your programme will be designed to use whichever facilities/equipment you have access to, including bodyweight only programmes and will be delivered every 4 weeks. I will be available by email to answer any questions and offer ongoing support. There is no minimum contract. Price £30 per month
