Online Strength and Conditioning package designed specifically for runners. This package will give you a good foundation to prepare your muscles and connective tissues to progress to the phase 2 package which will be released in November 2018. As soon as you purchase this package you will receive log in details for my app. On the app you will find your daily programme for the next 6 weeks with full video demonstrations for each exercise and progress tracking capabilities. The programme includes a 3 week preparation phase followed by a 3 week progression phase to increase your muscular endurance, improve your resistance to injury and address any muscular imbalances that you may have developed.
